Shipping

• We deliver to Australia only. We do not offer international delivery.
• Delivery of e-Rideables is currently limited to in-store pickup, local delivery (within 100km of 2609) and private courier.
• Standard and express postal options are only available for items that are not deemed e-Rideables (meaning accessories, safety gear etc).
• If the purchaser selects standard/express shipping for an e-rideable and local delivery or in-store pick-up is not possible, The sale will be suspended and we will contact you to discuss further delivery options via private courier or arrange a full refund*
• Postal/private courier shipping options do not apply to the purchase of cars, motorbikes and road scooters etc.
• Express Delivery is unavailable on bulky items, liquids and dangerous goods.
• Delivery to PO Boxes is unavailable on bulky items, liquids and dangerous goods.
• If you purchase a pre-order item, it will not be shipped until we receive the goods from our supplier
• Orders placed by 12pm AEST will generally be processed the same business day.
