Refunds and Returns
ION DNA has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In the case of e-Rideables (scooter,bike,skateboard,hoverboard etc) (includes floor stock), the products on-board computer may be used to verify its usage and evaluate its eligibility for return/exchange/refund*
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is eligible* you can come into the showroom or we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are happy to exchange/refund/credit any eligible* purchases in-store or online purchases at our showroom 1/67 Gladstone Street, Fyshwick ACT 2609.
Please have your original order number / receipt with you when going into the store. You will be refunded using the same method as original payment.
Exchanges / Store Credit
Once we received your eligible, we will discuss with you in-store or contact you via phone or email to arrange for the exchange. If a store credit is requested, we will send you a notification email once the credit has been processed.
If the product you return is eligible you will be refunded on your original payment method (shipping costs excluded) within three (3) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Postal/Courier Return of Online Items
Please contact us first before making any arrangements to return a product directly purchased from our website email@example.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
